Technical person visits customers for giving technical information of dyestuffs and its usage. The technical information of dyestuff usage also extends to information about thread, fabric, and its manufacturing processes.

Intisumber has storage warehouses in five regions. In total, there are 4 warehouses located in various major cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya.
